Ceramic Consultants was created due to a lack of independent, reputable and informed persons able to investigate, assess and report on ceramic tiling applications and the products used. Alex Bonini has been involved in the ceramics industry for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of the ceramic tiling , product quality, product suitability and uses recognized investigation techniques to make determinations.
What We Do
Using dedicated instrumentation, we can investigate your problem and make factual determinations using The Building Codes Of Australia and ISO Standards for Ceramic Tiles. From these determinations, we can assist in resolving ceramic tiling disputes, provide formal written reports that can be used in arbitration and attend arbitration if required. All investigations , determinations and reports comply with relevant industry investigative techniques. Our services include :

- Pre start inspections
- Inspections and written assessment of workmanship in all tiling applications in accordance with BCA and ASA 3598.1 and AS 3598.2
- Inspection ad written assessment of product quality in all tiling applications in accordance with ISO 10545
